You will need your own personal device for use throughout the workshop. You will not be able to share your device as only one participant can attend per device.

- a computer – one of: desktop/laptop/tablet (you may not attend on a smartphone)
- the Zoom application installed onto your device
- reliable internet connection (wired if possible)
- webcam/microphone/speakers
- two screens are recommended – one to attend the online class and the other to view session handouts.*
- *You also have the option to print out the handouts
Important: Please ensure that you have all the items above before you register. If you register and then find that you cannot meet these requirements (with the exception of the second screen), you will not be permitted to attend the workshop. There are no refunds.

| Attendance Requirements: | This workshop is a licensing workshop which culminates in gaining a license to use the 4“I”s coaching methodology and the accompanying resources.
Full attendance is required. This means attending the full 2.5 hrs of every module and completing the two self-directed modules. No recordings will be available of the live sessions.
Absences will not be approved. Please only register for a workshop for which you can attend all live group sessions in full. Please note that if you fail to meet the attendance requirements, you will not receive a license or a Certificate of Completion. There are no refunds. |

Fay McGill, MA CCC-SLP, Reg. CASLPO, is a speech-language pathologist who has worked with children with complex needs, including autism spectrum disorder, and their families since 2004. Fay is contracted by The Hanen Centre and leads More Than Words® and Hanen 4 “I”s to Socialize™ trainings for professionals. Fay offers Hanen programs to parents and uses the program resources individually with families. |

| Language: | Due to the fast-paced, highly interactive nature of our workshops, participants must have a high proficiency in English (i.e. they must be able to understand English, respond to questions and contribute comfortably to group discussions, which involves practicing and applying concepts learned during the workshop). All materials will be provided in English. |
| Cancellations: |
100% of the workshop fee will be refunded if written notification of cancellation is received before the start date of the workshop and a substitute can be found. No refunds if a substitute cannot be found.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for partially attended workshops. However, you have the option of registering for a future workshop for an administrative fee of $279, with the same full attendance requirement. Please note that most advertised workshops are currently full and we cannot take reservations.
