Terms and Conditions for In-Person I'm Ready!™ Advanced Workshop Registration

By registering for this workshop you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Mandatory Pre-Workshop Assignment
This workshop includes a mandatory pre-workshop assignment, which covers important content needed to participate in the workshop and receive your certification.

If the assignment is not completed, participants may not be permitted to attend the workshop. Any refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy of the host organization AND may result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by registrant

  • For workshops hosted by The Hanen Centre: 75% of workshop fee will be refunded if written notification of cancellation is received and a substitute can be found. No refunds will be given if a substitute cannot be found.
  • For Hanen Workshops presented by another organization: it is the responsibility of the registrant to contact said organization for details on their cancellation policy for this workshop. The Hanen Centre’s cancellation policy does not apply to workshops presented by another organization.

Cancellation by The Hanen Centre
If The Hanen Centre cancels a workshop after it has sent out email confirmation that the workshop will go ahead and if participants have already incurred travel and accommodation costs, The Hanen Centre may, at its own discretion, reimburse participants for travel and accommodation costs already incurred and that can be proven with official receipts. No other expenses will be considered for reimbursement.

Booking Travel and Accommodations
Workshop participants are responsible for researching and arranging their own travel and accommodations. Participants must wait for the final workshop go-ahead by email before incurring any non-refundable expenses. The Hanen Centre is not responsible for any losses incurred by a workshop registrant who books travel and accommodation before the workshop is officially confirmed as going ahead by email.
